N.S.W / Queensland clients will now be able to take advantage of Burns & Co record breaking classic car, motorcycle and collectable auctions with premises soon to be opened in Newcastle N.SW.

Michael Saide, a well known local to Newcastle and the greater Central Coast community and who has had near 20 years experience with Shannon’s has been appointed our Newcastle – Central Coast Manager and will commence duties within the next few weeks.

Michael is the perfect fit for us as we expand our services and brand into a region which already has strong connections and familiarities with our team given past auction performances in the area.

Michael joins us with a well established network, outstanding car knowledge, strong managerial and organisational skills and a can do attitude.

Michael was in our Melbourne facility today and can be seen here being congratulated on his appointment by company director / auctioneer Ashley Burns & son Riley Burns.

Ashley said of the appointment “I’m absolutely wrapped to have Michael join the team. I’ve known Michael since the Lost in the 50’s Newcastle auctions of 2018 and when I became aware of Michael’s availability I jumped at the opportunity.

Expansion was inevitable as our record breaking auctions gain popularity and this move was really a no brainer. I can’t wait to get the keys and get cracking… if it goes anywhere near as well as our Melbourne facility I’ll be delighted”.

Michael starts in early November with the new premises offering all our current auction services to follow soon after.
