This car has been in the ownership of the present owner since 1965 when the owner acquired the car when he was 16 years old.
Assisted by his father they conducted a basic rebuild of the car and re-registered the car on 4th April 1967
The owner hill climbed the vehicle at Lakeland and Templestowe hill climbs in the late 1960’s. The car was garaged from 1971 till 2007.
A major rebuild was undertaken in 2007 taking 3 years to complete.
Works included complete re-wooding of body tub frame by renowned Geelong coachbuilder Anton Walker.
Re-working and straightening of panels, cutting out rust, prepping panels and professional painting has resulted in the fine presentation you see today.
Machining of crankshaft and flywheel to accommodate new improved oil seal kits to front and rear main bearing seals.
New upholstery linings, hood and carpets fitted. Some additional spares included (see list)
Car has been permanently garaged.
Car has been regularly driven and is running well.
