The VG marked the first appearance of HSV’s Maloo high performance utility in October 1990. The VG Maloo was powered by an updated version of Holden’s 5.0-litre V8 engine producing 180 kW (241 hp) and 385 N·m (284 lb·ft) of torque.
The Maloo featured the standard VG’s MacPherson-strut front suspension but with revised settings based on HSV’s VN SV5000.

A nice example of a car that has been well cared for which is usually evident from the good condition of the rear tub area as you can see here.
It presents in original paint and condition, also as seen in the photos the original rear tonneau cover is still present.
The interior also presents as original and in tidy condition.
A great find with the Factory M78 Manual gearbox option which is always a plus.
The car has been stored by the current owner and has been taken back out to be sold at auction.
