Bennett & Barkell motorcycles were built from around 1910 til c1920 in NSW. They built machines of their own design ranging in power from 2.5hp to 8hp JAPs but it was the big twins that sold very well.
This example is a very rare 1918 Bennett & Barkell Motorcycle built in Sydney Australia. Stunning vintage motorcycle running a V Twin JAP engine. The bike has been part of the family collection in central NSW for a long period of time and is only being sold to finalise a deceased estate. We have not tried to start the bike as it has been sitting on display for some time.
A first for Burns and Co and a rare opportunity to purchase a significant part of Australian motorcycle history.
