This 1927 Harley Davidson J model has undergone a full nut and bolt restoration over the past 10 plus year. It is a former Queensland bike and included with it are the old club badges and documents dating back to the mid 1970s. Also included are the old photos of the motorcycle before the restoration commenced, showing the bike in its former shape.
Vendor advises that this J model has all the original tin ware and with the only reproduction sheet metal being the tool box. The motor has been rebuilt and balanced with all worn parts replaced or rebuilt, new pistons, valves shafts and bearings along with the gear box was being fully rebuilt. A very high-end restoration all round with exceptional attention to detail. Would be a worthwhile and desirable addition to any vintage motorcycle collection. The motorcycle is in running order as per the video. Inspections will not disappoint.
