Build Year: 1935
Make: Harley Davidson
Model: Servi-Car
Engine Number: 35R3518

Designed in the midst of the great depression to expand Harley Davidsons market beyond motorcycle sales, specifically targeting the automotive services industry. The Servi car was conceived as a towable vehicle for delivering cars to customers or assisting at roadside breakdowns, allowing a single person to manage the process.

This is one of 323 G Model Servi Cars produced in 1935 and one of 11 that were built right hand throttle with left hand shift.

These Servi cars were used by vehicle service stations, delivery companies and police departments. Has very rare original optional tow bar and rare windshield.

Art deco paint has now got a few imperfections, but stands up well, fitted with new tyres, wheels relaced with new spokes, recently fitted with a brand new aftermarket correct coil that cost $500. After a full nut and bolt restoration by previous owner some years ago it is ready to ride socially in a vintage club or for the avid collector.

Vendor advised story passed along from previous owner (of 40+ years) from Upstate New York was that Henry Ford (founder of Ford Motor Company) purchased this Servi car and donated it to a local circus in Upstate New York.

This vehicle is located in our facility in Melbourne, for further information please contact Mason Hibbert 0455 191 035 or Jason Todd 0400 321 919.
