Known for it’s classic styling, smooth engine and enjoyable riding experience.
The BSA C15 range was introduced in 1958 and ran through until 1967 when the C25 was introduced. The result of Edward Turner of Triumph fame moving over to BSA. Triumph already had a range of small capacity 4 stroke unit construction singles and BSA brought out the C15 to keep up. It was designed for the “Go to Work” market and to introduce younger riders to BSA products. There were many variations of the base design as BSA attempted to reach all segments of the market. BSA’had a reputation for producing simple, reliable, quality machines at a budget price but as the model progressed they were experiencing more competition from Japanese products.
This example is an older restoration. It is in great condition. The previous owner indicated that it was a good runner but it will need to be recommissioned after a few years in storage.
Very suitable for a younger rider and absolutely guaranteed to be allowed in to the “All British” rally in April.
Great vintage bike that won’t break the bank.
