One of the best if not the best! 1967 Ford XR Fairmont V8!
Purchased by the vendor in 1985 from the Whittlesea based second owner this exquisite example was originally bought from Alan Coffey Motors Dandenong by a family from Glen Waverley. Upon the vendors purchase in 1985, the Fairmont was initially used as a daily drive and was well kept and maintained throughout its daily duties. In 2009, the decision was made to fully restore the car. The workmanship and attention to detail that has gone into this restoration is one of the highest we’ve seen. It took a lengthy 5 year period for the restoration to be completed and has had limited use since. It has been continually registered on its original registration plates since day one (sold unregistered) and it is now time for its next chapter. This magnificent example will suit the fussiest of buyers and collectors and deserves pride of place in any museum or private collection. Inspections will not disappoint.
