An early glimpse into the new shape Holden in 67! A rare early-build HK Premier, this example was manufactured in December 1967 and vendor advises it retains its original chassis stamping and matching steering box, making it a genuine pre 1968 production car.
Finished in a gleaming coat of Grecian White, the car presents in very good original condition, with its original interior still showing off the class and styling as it did in 1967. It has recently had mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment and has been kept as per factory spec.
The 307 V8 purrs and is paired to a fully reconditioned Powerglide transmission. The engine has travelled just 270 kms since a full rebuild, and over 130 new parts have been fitted over the past 18 months, mostly for enhancing not due to necessity including: brakes and shocks, complete twin exhaust system, rebuilt carby and many new engine bolt-on components; dizzy & coil, fuel pump, engine mounts, senders, uni joints and more. Body wise it has had a new roof lining, seat belts, new door and window seals and new front and rear bumpers.
This is an all round brilliant example and one worthy of a Holden collector ready to turn the key and take to the next all Holden day.
