1969 being the best year of all Meriden Triumphs. This one has undergone a recent top end rebuild with Black Diamond valves and new guides fitted, cylinders honed and new piston rings fitted. Frame repainted in 2-pack by Ken Usher, wheels rebuilt with new English rims and stainless steel spokes, fitted with Geoff Skillen re-engineered Concentrics, comes with original carbs, fitted with Tri-Spark Ignition and electronic regulator/rectifier, Perfect Ray Gun mufflers (nothing beats the howl of a triple on song).
It has been the recipient of many trophies including Best Drum Brake Trident at the annual Aussie Triples Rally 3 or 4 times at Ballina, as well as the Southern Triples Rally.
