As seen at recent Burns and Co auctions, these Datsuns are increasingly desirable and sort after.
The 240Z is rightly sought after as a true icon which was ahead of its time in design and driveability. Those intermittent wipers, 5-speed manual, modern inertia reel seat belts and left footrest all add up to the everyday useability.
This one is a delight to drive, everything works even the analogue controls for heating/ventilation and stalks for lights and wipers. The L24 6 Cylinder engine pulls sweetly and blows no smoke. The body is solid and appears to have absolutely no rust.
Perfect dashboard, near-perfect interior and carpets. All the glass is in brilliant condition and external lenses are clear and bright. Brilliant chrome bumpers, complete and original window surrounds and rubbers all reflect it’s been kept undercover.
