Purchased new on 1-5-1975 from Kevin Dennis Motor’s in Sunshine, Victoria remaining the same family until 2021! Purchased by Mr R Morris of Altona who had originally ordered a 4 door Monaro 308 manual in gun metal grey, however due to a workers strike at the GMH Plant the dealer informed him the new car delivery would be behind schedule and there was going to be a price increase upon arrival. The Dealer offered Mr Morris any Monaros that he had in stock which included a HQ Monaro 350 and this 308 GTS Manual. Fast forward 50+ years and this HQ 308 GTS is a survivor car that has a terrific pedigree and plenty of provenance to go with it. Still complete with the original key, airchief radio, some handbooks and warranty cards including brand new service manuals. It doesn’t get much better that a Saffron GTS Monaro.
