Here’s a very hard to find car…and a desirable one.

Rare matching numbers 5Lt V8, SLX wagon (optioned from dealer with SLE options).

A very original car that presents well for age and the interior is better than one would expect for a car now 40 years old.

Runs well as per the video.

Great investment.

Notes from vendor:
Very rare matching numbers 308 L31 engine.

Original motor re-conditioned 20,000 kms ago, receipts available.

Automatic Transmission has been serviced.

VH SLX Wagon optioned from dealer with SLE options.

Trim work believed to be carried out by Ashlor Trimmers (assigned to the work on the limited 67 VC SLE Commodore wagons) which would explain the VC style trim.

The VH was not available as a SLE option in a wagon along with L31 engine which makes this a special build.

Recent re-commissioning work carried out after long time in storage. All fluids changed or flushed, carby rebuilt, new radiator and some suspension rubbers. Only 2 or 3 minor things needed for RWC.

To protect your investment vehicle bidders should consider at a minimum replacement of fuel, oil, fluids, filters and thorough brake inspection as vehicles may have been stationary for some time. Vehicles are sold as is off the floor – unregistered. No warranty expressed or implied, sold with all or any faults, and where applicable sold with Australian Government Import Approval. A08
