Factory VK Commodore Ex Victorian Police Absinth Yellow V8 Manual! This one ought to get the Commodore enthusiasts hearts racing! A genuine Ex Vic Police VK, nicely restored inside and out, externally it has undergone a respray in the original Absinth yellow while the interior remains largely original and in very good order. A quick decode of the ID plate indicates that the car was built at Holden’s Melbourne facility in June 1985, it was factory fitted with the 4.9 litre 304 V8 and paired to a 4 Speed manual gearbox. This is one of the most sought after early commodores especially one with these factory specs. A full rebuild of the V8 has been carried out including performance upgrades, shortened diff fitment of a 5 speed gearbox, coil overs and 3-piece Simmons wheels with VT calipers. and now sounds as tuff as it looks.
