The 928 S4 was launched in 1987 with an all new front & rear rounded profile, single clutch manual or optional 4-speed Automatic. With new ground effects under paneling and a separate hinged rear spoiler, the new 5.0 litre, 32V engine dispatched the BahnStormer’s 0-100 in just 5.4 seconds with a non-limited top speed of 300kmh. In Europe, it was a serious alternative to a light plane, able to post similar speeds and deliver its pilot door to door.

The 928 was engineered from the beginning to deliver serious performance at serious speeds over great lengths in comfort.
