Convertible roof is fully operational Everything in this car is original, from carpets to roof, with interior leather and dash detailing in excellent condition.
NOTES FROM VENDOR: Purchased 10 years ago and she has been maintained in excellent condition. Only selling due to relocation. This 1997 car cost around $150,000 new and is one of the last of the W124 series to be handmade in Germany and imported to Australia. 2 owner car (both female). First owner only sold the car when her mother moved in with them and her mother’s wheelie walker wouldn’t fit in the boot. This car has always been garaged and driven gently. Everyone that knows cars looks at her and remarks what immaculate condition it is in for its age – particularly her interior and her bodywork. Everything in this car is original, including roof, first aid kit, carpets and all engine parts together with the original factory engine spray still intact (to prevent engine deterioration). The only replacement I have made is to put in a Bluetooth radio, and the original radio is still in the boot together with the CD stacker. A kill switch has been added to the battery.
Currently on Victorian club registration (sold unregistered). Owned and cherished by two lady owners, this classic car has been well loved and cared for. Always garaged with books and service records available.
