Regarded as the last AMG to be built largely by hand, this example is in excellent condition, fitted with Nappa leather seats, 5.5 litre V8 with an impressive 0-100kmph in 5.4 seconds. This vehicle was Hand Assembled at the original AMG factory in Affalterbach Germany with the original price tag being over $200k. These vehicles when first developed were considered by AMG Mercedes as their ‘ Supercar’ and was the personal car of choice by Mick Doohan five time world MotoGP champion. Still fitted with the original AMG wheel trims. The 5.5L was well respected for its fuel economy for its class. Supplied with the vehicle is the original owner’s manual and service books.
