We are delighted to have this celebrity in our next auction, besides its link to Frankie J Holden from Old 55, it is a stunning example of the iconic humpy.
Fitted with lots of NASCO, genuine Warmaride heater, sun visor, mudflaps, weather shield plus heaps more it is as deserving of an audience as its owner. Finished in a beautiful coat of Surf Green and a very well kept interior, you just can’t beat its 50s styling. Converted to 12V for ease of starting and practicality.
This exquisite example has been on display in the Trafalgar Holden Museum for some years being revered by many visitors.
Due to a change in circumstances Frankie has made the tough decision to part with such a big part of his identity. It has a current Victorian roadworthy supplied with the car and comes with lots of related ephemera relating to Frankie J Holden and the car itself.
