Now Live: March 4-Night Muscle, Classic & Collectable Auction Underway

Pre-bidding is OPEN and the online catalogue is now live for Burns & Co’s March Muscle, Classic & Collectable Car & Motorcycle Auction, running across four action-packed nights from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th March 2026.

With strong early interest and a catalogue drawn from both our Bayswater (Melbourne) and Beresfield (Newcastle) showrooms, this auction is shaping up to be one of the standout events on the calendar.

Headlining the sale is a truly special vehicle – a genuine 1969 Ford XW Falcon GTHO Phase 1.

Held in the same family for over 40 years and presented in remarkably original condition, this matching-numbers example with just 28,032 miles represents the kind of authenticity and provenance collectors rarely see come to market, learn more about its history here. It sets the tone for what is a high-quality and well-rounded catalogue.

The broader line-up features a strong mix of desirable Aussie muscle and collector vehicles. Highlights include a 1985 Holden VK Group A SS “Blue Meanie” (Build No. 114), a 1982 Ford XE Fairmont Ghia ESP 302 V8 Manual, and a 2000 Holden VX HSV GTS Manual.
