The much-awaited Alf Hardman Collection Moree, N.S.W Auction was completed on Sunday the 1st of September at 4 Market Drive Bayswater, Vic, 3153.

With some highly desirable vintage and veteran vehicles and collectables up for grabs, this fantastic collection provided bidders with a great opportunity to pick up some highly desirable pieces!

The lot fetching the highest amount for the day was Lot 2377 – The NSW Heritage Number Plates 4863 with rights to display that sold for $93,415. Coming in at second place was the 1934 Rolls Royce at $55,499 closely followed by the 1912 Siddeley – Deasy at $51,378. The highly desirable NSW Fire Brigades 1923 Dennis Fire Engine filled the fourth place in the top five selling for $30,222 and the 1927 Buick Master rounded out the top five sellers for the auction with a final price of $20,001.

The September Burns & Co Classic and Collectable Motorcycle auction is fast approaching with the full catalogue to go live mid to late next week.
With 38 bikes already on the website, including a 7.6 metre, 36 Cylinder “Road Hog”, a “Top Gun” 1979 Kawasaki GPZ900R that is still in its original crate/box, and a Vespa with side cart, there is a great mix of opportunity available.

This Classic and Collectable Motorbike Auction also includes Part 1 of the Late Brian Fullgrabe’s Significant Collection (ex Leeton N.S.W.). Brian was a well-respected, well-known collector and restorer of early to mid-century bikes and the collection includes a great range of bikes, a significant number of parts and accessories and an interesting array of early vintage and veteran motor bike number plates.
